NIRAS has been working in Ukraine for almost 25 years.
NIRAS has been implementing projects for international organisations (including the EU, SDC, EIB, SIDA, NEFCO, EBRD, USAID and DANIDA) and Ukrainian commercial clients, combining local knowledge and best available international know-how and technology.
NIRAS Ukraine has implemented a significant number of projects across a variety of sectors and has a wide network of local partners and professionals in striving to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals. Our close cooperation with key donors combined with our strong knowledge and understanding of Ukrainian development challenges and political, economic and social developments are our main assets in building efficient dialogue between the relevant stakeholders.

In the current war-time situation, many projects and programmes are undergoing changes. However, we are proud to already be contributing to the recovery process of Ukraine through our existing programmes. On the following pages, we include details in the references on how adaptions have been made to projects. Project end dates (indicated by ...) are currently unclear due to the situation.
